OUR STORY

NorPac was established in 1992 by Tom Hagensen after working for another manufacturers’ rep firm over a decade. His desire was to build a company with high integrity, consistency, territory coverage, hard work ethic, and accountability at all levels. As he begins passing the torch to the next generation, his desire is to have these principles at the fore front of how we operate each day now and into the future.

NorPac invests in the right technology and tools to get the job done effectively. We inventory some of the products we represent to be close to the market, we call on wholesalers, contractors, engineers, and other segments, and record it into our CRM software, while logging and sharing information in real time. We have invested in software to market new products, educate and train, and to notify customers of important information or price changes. This is all done efficiently and effectively with different software programs and systems.

We have been fortunate to represent many manufacturers who have equipped us with quality products, great service, and a competitive price. NorPac is only as good as our weakest link, either within our company or the manufacturers we represent. We have quality team members within NorPac, and we have been fortunate to represent many quality manufacturers. We love great partnerships, and when we are in alignment, we get results!
